Zucchini Burgers Patties
For approximately 10-12 Burgers:
8 Zucchini Squash
6 cherry tomatoes
2 slices of Bread
1/2 cup of spelt flour
( maybe add a little more to help hold together)
Dash of Cayanne Pepper
1 tsp of paprika
1tsp of tumeric
4 table spoons of onion powder
2 tsp of Sea salt
Cut up Zucchini and blend in blender, add shallots and cherry tomatoes in blender once blended, pour in bowl, and cut up onion in small cubes, add to bowl, Crumble up bread in bowl, add alll other ingredients and mix with spoon or fork. Let the mixture sit for approx. 15 minutes, make into patty balls and fry in olive oil once mixture is room temp, as you would a hamburger. If mixture is very loose, add more flour. Serve on bread or but with lettuce and tomatoes.
Side Note: You can also shred zucchini with a grader and follow the same direction above.

Cabbage Soup Ingredients
1 large or 2 small Cabbages
2 large Onions
2 Bell Peppers
Celery 6 – 10 stalks
2 cans Tomatoes (diced or whole)
Garlic (if you like it)
1 package of Onion Soup Mix OR Season-to-Taste
*You may add Carrots, Green Beans, or Chicken or Vegetable Broth.
To Make Soup: Chop vegetables. Put all ingredients in a large pot with 2 quarts water & boil until done the way you like it. Add more water as needed. Do not add salt, oil, or sweetener.
Cabbage Soup Diet Daily Food Plans
Day 1: Cabbage Soup and Fruit (No Bananas)
Day 2: Baked Potato (Breakfast Only: White, Sweet, or Purple), Cabbage Soup and Vegetables
Day 3: Cabbage Soup, Fruits, and Vegetables (No Bananas)
Day 4: Cabbage Soup, Bananas, Milk, and Yogurt
Day 5: Cabbage Soup, 6-8 Tomatoes, Beef, Chicken, Fish, or Turkey
Day 6: Cabbage Soup, Protein & Vegetables
Day 7: Cabbage Soup, Fruits, Veggies, Juices
Drink 8 glasses of water daily! Eat as much soup as you want. Bananas on day 4 only!
No corn or starchy vegetables (except potato on 2nd day)
